Refund & Rescheduling Policy

At Ava Life Coach, we value your time, energy, and investment in this journey. To keep everything clear and fair, please review the following policy:

1. Refunds

• You’re fully covered: if you change your mind, you can get a full refund within 7 days before the first session begins, minus payment processing fees charged by Stripe/credit card providers.

• After the first session has taken place, no refunds are available.

2. Rescheduling

• Life happens! sometimes things come up! If you can’t make it, just let me know at least 24 hours in advance and we’ll easily reschedule.

• Any unused sessions can always be rescheduled within 6 months of purchase.

3. Missed Sessions

• If you don’t show up without notice, the session may be considered used.

• However, I understand that life can get busy. I’ll always wait a short time and reach out, and in most cases I’m happy to reschedule so the session is not lost
